Getting A Quote & Measurements

When the project is ready for final measurements, we’ll schedule a brief visit to your home to take precise measurements. You can expect this visit to take typically 1 hour. Sometimes it can take longer. It just depends on the complexity of the shower and how many showers you may have that you are wanting us to measure. This ensures that your shower is manufactured to the exact specifications, resulting in a perfect fit. With these measurements, we will then provide an accurate quote.
Proposal
Once you receive the quote, review it carefully and contact Premier Glass if you have any questions or concerns before accepting it. If approved, we will send you a docusign. Once that is signed, we will send you a payment link where you can pay online with a credit card or an ACH payment. After your deposit has been made, the installation process can now begin and typically completes within 10-12 days.
Fabrication
Once that step is complete, we will start fabricating your shower. Typically, this process will be completed in 5-7 business days, with a very short lead time. We pride ourselves on being able to customize our frameless shower enclosures to fit your bathroom, no matter how large or small and will do our best to get these ordered in as short of time as possible.
Installation
On the day of installation, all you need to do is ensure that an adult 18+ years of age is present at your home. We will take care of everything else. We arrive with your custom shower enclosures, assemble them in your bathroom space, and complete the installation. On average, the installation time takes 2 hours. After installation, we’ll ensure the area is neat and tidy before we leave. You will not be able to use the shower for 24 hours after installation so the silicone has proper time to cure before the first use.
